Helpful Home Remedies in Menstrual Stomach Pain

During menstruation, most of women feel stomach pain which cause very discomfort at schools, colleges or at work place. This stomach pain interrupts your regular activities but you can also treat it by following some home remedies. There are various women who feel pain in lower abdomen, beneath the stomach area which lasts for first two or three days of the period. There are wide ranges of home remedies for Menstrual Stomach Pain like change diet, exercise, drinking Hot Beverages, heat up and more. By following these home remedies, you can easily solve the problem stomach pain during Menstrual. Some women take pain killers in to go for their daily activities uninterrupted.

Heat Up: To decrease the menstrual stomach pain, you can apply heat it reduces the intense muscle contractions that are responsible for the pain. It increases the blood circulation of the body, relieve cramps and relax the pelvic muscles.

Kitchen Towel: You can also use kitchen towel instead of hot water bottle. Soak kitchen towel in water and squeeze it then keep it in the microwave for one minute. Then put it on abdomen.

Exercise: Exercise is also relieving your pain during menstruation. It is one of the best way to reduce the pain because it helps your brain to liberate beta-endorphins, a natural pain killer which helps to block pain.
